Nigeria: From research to report to action

Challenge

Our development-agency client, Enhancing Financial Innovation and Access (EFInA), wanted to lead change in the Nigerian microinsurance market.

Solution

We carried out a supply-side study on the microinsurance landscape, collecting product-level data directly from insurers. The analysis and public-good report included recommendations for insurers, regulators, and intermediaries. We also conducted a workshop with multiple stakeholders where we shared study results and led collaboration on action items to enhance the microinsurance market.

Results

The results and action steps were published as the Microinsurance Assessment and Landscape Study in Nigeria - Supply Side Perspectives.
